About Us
Chad Harris
Chad and Mandy Harris and their four daughters are residents of Friendswood. Chad has roots in this area that run deep, all the way back to the 1950’s. His education background includes graduating from Friendswood High School (Class of ’90), studying Ag Economics at Texas A&M University(Class of ’94), and studying Theology at Azusa PacificUniversity (Class of 99’). Throughout his studies, Chad worked for his family’s tractor company, a ranch, ran his own mowing company, and worked for a remodeling company. After moving back home from California in 2004, Chad began purchasing homes to remodel and sell. He has enjoyed that part of his construction business and continues to look for new projects. In 2008, Hurricane Ike hit our area very hard. Many friends and family were in need of repairs to their homes and so we started working in other people’s homes. Also, that same year, we were invited to begin working for a local school district doing repairs and renovations. We enjoy each area of our business whether it’s flipping homes, residential remodeling, and commercial remodeling.
Chad has also served in youth and associate pastor roles in several churches and most recently is excited to be part of a new church start in the Friendswood Area. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, and tickling his kids.

Kristin Priebe
Kristin works in the office at Harris Remodeling, keeping the books in order. She came on board last summer, but has known Chad for many years. Kristin was raised in Friendswood, going through FISD all 12 years. She returned here after marrying in 1995. Now raising 2 boys, she loves working close to home. She has enjoyed working for Harris Remodeling and seeing the remodels from start to finish. She had the pleasure of seeing some of their handy work first hand. Prior to working here, she had a couple of remodeling jobs at her own home by HRI.
“It’s great to work with nice, family oriented people, who just happen to be very talented at what they do. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this company.”
